Sporting Lisbon has set a price tag of up to 90 million euros for Sweden striker Viktor Gyokeres following inquiries from Atletico Madrid.
‘UFABET‘ reported on Tuesday that Atletico Madrid had barely regained control after inquiring about Viktor Gyokeres, who Sporting Lisbon had set a price for the forward. The Swedish national team is worth up to 90 million euros.
Atletico Madrid are looking to rebuild their squad this off-season with a No. 9 among their targets as Alvaro Morata is 31 years old and Antoine Griezmann is a teenager. He is 32 years old. As for Samuel Omorodian, the 19-year-old forward who has been released to play with Alaves on loan this season, he still needs some time to strengthen his bones.
According to reports, Atletico Madrid have shown interest in Sporting Lisbon’s Sweden striker Gyokeres, who has been outstanding this season after scoring 36 goals and providing 14 assists. He played 39 games in every competition, playing an important role in leading the Portuguese league of his agency and losing only 2 times.
But when inquiring about the price of the player, Sporting Lisbon set the ceiling as high as 90 million euros, causing the Atletico team to quickly take a stand. For that amount of money, only the sale of Joao Felix along with one or two other strikers would give Atletico Madrid the opportunity to sign Gyokeres.
